Return & Refund Policy – Tarak Farms

Thank you for choosing Tarak Farms. We take great care in ensuring that every product you receive is fresh, authentic, and packed with care. If you experience any issue with your order, we are here to help.


1. Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products (herbal teas, powders, natural ingredients), we do not accept returns once a product is opened or used.

However, we will accept a return only if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof.


2. Replacements

We offer free replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Packaging broken or tampered

Replacement will be processed after verification and approval by our support team.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product cannot be replaced

  • The product is out of stock

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

  • Delivery failure due to our end

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

For COD orders, we may decline future COD services if repeated cancellations occur.


5. How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request

To report an issue, please email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving the order:

Please share:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Photo/video of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Our team will respond within 24 hours.


6. Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without proper proof of issue

  • Orders where the complaint is raised after 48 hours


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the issue is from our side (wrong item, damaged, defective):
✔ We bear the return pickup & replacement shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other reason:
❌ Return shipping cost may be charged or return may not be accepted.
